COACH Robbie Deans will recharge the Wallabies' batteries for the final Test of their European tour against Wales in Cardiff on Sunday following their unconvincing 22-19 win over Italy in Florence yesterday. Australia has never lost to Italy, but went perilously close to making history. If Italian five-eighth Luciano Orquera had kicked a last-minute penalty goal, the game would have been drawn and that would have been a moral victory for Italy. Australia led 22-6 at half-time, but was outscored 13-0 in the second half by a passionate and improved Italian team.
